The IASC Summer Leadership Workshop is Indiana's premier student leadership experience. Held each July at Taylor University, the workshop brings together student leaders from across the state for leadership training, team-building activities, networking, service, and idea sharing.

Campers are placed into councils with students from other schools and grade levels, creating opportunities to build friendships and learn from different perspectives. Throughout the week, students collaborate on service projects supporting Riley Hospital for Children and participate in fundraising efforts that raise thousands of dollars for Riley each year. Councils will work together to create a song to perform at songfest. Campers will also take part in a day of service, by participating in a community service project. Campers also have the opportunity to compete in council olympics and other fun activities throughout the week.
